Shrimp Scampi (like Red Lobster)
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tsp Chopped garlic
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 c Butter
Olive oil
About 15 Raw shrimp
1 tb Flour
On high heat, cook shrimp in olive oil for about 3 minutes. Remove from pan. Melt butter and add garlic, sauté until light brown. Add about 1 tb flour and make a runny paste. Mix lemon juice & Italian seasoning together and add to pan with flour/butter. Whisk together. Add shrimp and cook for about 5 mins. Serve over noodles, rice or greens.
To my salad, I added sautéd spinach, asparagus, & avocado & drizzled honey & lemon juice.
